Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal / Sr Principal MS&A Database Engineer. This position will be located in Roy, Utah or Huntsville, Alabama and will support the Sentinel program. As a Database Engineer, you will support the Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) team across multiple campuses. This role involves setting up and effectively managing database systems across multiple classification levels. We are looking for a candidate with experience in combining siloed data streams and models into an integrated and centralized database systems for common usage. A successful candidate will be innovative and able to solve complex technical problems without appreciable direction. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implementation, and maintenance of database systems at multiple classification levels • Optimization of data pipelines to ensure proper data processing and integration • Collaboration with various groups to integrate functionality with multiple software environments • Support automation and API development • Participation in a collaborative Agile environment.
