We’re building a lean team to help source off-market commercial real estate opportunities across the U.S. If you're a sharp communicator who knows how to get answers and move deals forward, this is for you.
Position Overview:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Must work on U.S. Eastern Time
- Minimum 2 years cold calling experience required
- Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and professional
- Strong objection handling — you need to guide conversations, not read a script
- Using an auto dialer – 200+ dials/day expected
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll receive a dialer, scripts, and lead lists that include property details — you’ll know who you’re calling and why.
- Your job is to engage with commercial property owners, ask the right qualifying questions, and gauge their interest in selling.
- Once a seller expresses interest, the U.S. team will step in to evaluate and negotiate.
- You bring the voice and the follow-through.
- You’ll complete a daily report and enter qualified leads into our CRM for email nurturing.
