We are seeking a Creative Services Associate Manager to develop, manage and implement a consistent and compelling B2B design language for our Front Line Care portfolio (FLC) and across all customer touchpoints, including but not limited to: advertisements, banner ads, tiles ad, magazine ads, website graphics, webpage layout, product literature, trade show displays, sales presentations, video graphics, photo libraries, product packaging, email graphics, social media ads, product instruction materials, internal communications. Graphic Design (70%): Serve as the key in house design and production resource for fulfilling creative services needs and requests. Art Direction (10%): Direct all projects, interpreting the corporate style guide and ensuring adherence to it across all communication touchpoints. Work across departments to discern an understanding of marketing objectives and translate those into creative results that evoke the required emotion/action from the target audience. Weigh customer/prospect need against contemporary design tools, looks, practices and standards to reach the best fit solution to design challenges. Production/Project Management: (10%) Practice constant improvement by developing efficient workflows, recommending and implementing project management tools, organizing file revision/maintenance and helping to prioritize workload for maximum benefit. Lead all aspects of digital asset management as the librarian for projects and related assets within our Aprimo Digital Asset Management system. Outside Supplier Selection/Management (5%) Help build a team of preferred outside resources to support overflow work and projects that exceed internal capacity. User Experience Improvement (5%) Evaluate all customer touchpoints to improve the overall user experience where applicable, including look/feel, function, interfaces, website flow, and more to critique areas that can be improved. Using visual design principles, the ideal candidate will make sound recommendations to improve these areas. Conceive, develop, design and implement strong and compelling designs across all customer communications and touchpoints. The successful candidate will be a driven self-starter, capable of working independently, while collaborating with teammates across departments and functions within a matrixed global company. Travel: Up to 5% travel periodically up to 5%, to participate in photo/video shoots, and creative services projects as needed.
