We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Trade and Customs and Analytics Program Manager to join our team. This role reports directly to the Sr Mgr, Global Trade & Customs Strategy and Solutions, and will lead and/or support the development, implementation, and management of our global trade and customs strategies and analytics programmes. The ideal candidate will help ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, minimize operational risks and drive process and cost optimization across all segments, geographies, and functions. Support, develop, implement, and manage global trade, customs and analytics strategies in alignment with company objectives. Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade and customs regulations, including tariffs, import/export controls, and anti-boycott regulations. Drive Global Process standardization and develop supporting standard operating procedures. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate trade-related risks. Conduct/Oversee regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to various business units on trade-related matters. Stay updated on global trade and customs regulations and industry best practices. Identify and oversee the implementation of duty and cost optimization opportunities. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on trade compliance. Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to resolve trade-related issues.
