Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal / Sr. Principal Systems Test Engineer located in Roy, UT to support the Sentinel program. Responsibilities include synthesizing test requirements into verification requirements, test objectives, success criteria, and required resources for system level tests and demonstrations; supporting development of test requirements, integration test plans, procedures, test readiness reviews, test data and reports; executing qualification and acceptance testing; participating in test planning working groups; supporting program reviews and customer delivery development; designing, developing, and implementing testing methods and equipment; compiling data and defining changes required in test equipment, procedures, or new test requirements; collaborating with systems engineers, testing houses, development engineers and other stakeholders; reviewing test plans, procedures, and reports; witnessing testing as the Cognizant Engineer; participating in technical exchange meetings; reviewing requirements, developing test plans and writing test procedures; executing tests and managing problems/failures; reviewing and evaluating test results and providing summary reports; working with cross functional, multi-discipline test teams; identifying configurations to support test and prototypes; performing data analysis; documenting test results and preparing test status documentation; creating Test Discrepancy Reports; developing troubleshooting procedures and work-around documents. Qualifications include relevant experience depending on degree level, US Citizenship with an active Secret Clearance or higher, experience with test documentation, integration and test principles, and systems engineering principles. Preferred qualifications include experience with Verification Cross Reference Matrices, requirements management tools, Model-Based Engineering Tools, IBM JAZZ, testing standards, test equipment design, and strong understanding of product lifecycle and engineering best practices.
