We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer and leader to drive the establishment and operation of an AI/ML Center of Excellence. This role will be instrumental in driving technology research, shaping capability development, and steering AI/ML solutions that deliver tangible benefits to our customers. The selected candidate will collaborate across functions, mentor teams, and serve as a thought leader within the organization. This requisition is for a Sr. Staff AI Software Engineer. Key Responsibilities: Lead the establishment of a Center of Excellence focused on AI/ML, defining its vision, mission, and strategic goals. Oversee AI/ML research initiatives, staying abreast of the latest advancements and integrating emerging technologies into actionable strategies. Develop and implement a roadmap for capability development that includes tools, frameworks, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities and solutions aligned with customer needs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other relevant professionals. Design and deploy scalable AI/ML models and solutions, ensuring they are robust, reliable, and maintainable. Drive the adoption of AI/ML best practices and help cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
