This role requires excellent communication skills to clearly explain company processes, service offerings, and ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to active engagement. You will liaise directly with clients, addressing queries and guiding them through onboarding steps with professionalism and efficiency. While primarily remote, flexibility to attend onsite meetings in London when needed is essential. The ideal candidate will be organized, client-focused, and confident in building strong relationships. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
