Remote Holiday Home Manager/Administrator Needed (ideally based in Europe/Africa)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Holiday Home Manager/Administrator. Our company manages holiday homes, and we need someone to handle various tasks including responding to booking requests, managing guest inquiries and requests, answering general questions, processing payments, and being available for phone communication. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with guests.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to booking requests, guest inquiries, and requests.
- Managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with guests.
- Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Handling payment processing and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Being available for phone communication during specified hours.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Prior experience with vacation rental management software is a plus.
