Senior Manager, Commercial Marketing - Connected Care

The Senior Manager of Commercial Marketing is a key downstream marketing leader for Baxter’s Connected Care Group and reports into the Senior Director, Commercial Marketing. You will promote the Digital Products portfolio (e.g., nurse call, Voalte Mobile, Excel Medical) to drive increased revenue, greater adoption/utilization, and improve business performance. You will focus on content strategy, content delivery, and insights/analytics to enable the sales team to be successful by collaborating with internal partners to gather customer insights and trends, develop the value propositions, inform/influence requirements product development efforts, and work with regional marketing & service operations to support launches and drive growth in the existing portfolio. You will intimately understand the direction from upstream, and package complex concepts in a simple/effective manner. There is the need for a modern approach, backed by data and analytics. You'll work with key partners (e.g., sales and product management, communications, project managers, operations, medical affairs, quality and R&D) to deliver impactful collateral, projects, media, and events. This role requires flexibility and hard work in both virtual and in-person environments. Responsibilities include partnering with sales and product management to prioritize work, translating business strategy into marketing strategies, analyzing market size and growth, understanding customer decision-making, becoming a subject matter authority, gathering and communicating customer intelligence, clarifying value propositions, implementing omnichannel strategy, developing marketing plans outside developed markets, leading tactical execution plans, developing KPIs and metrics, managing content development and delivery, leading product launches and sales support, generating competitive intelligence, collaborating with Medical Affairs, and identifying process gaps. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (MBA or graduate degree a plus), 3-5 years of marketing experience with a track record of successful campaigns, healthcare industry experience preferred, technical understanding of IT and connected care environments, strong analytical and communication skills, marketing automation and Salesforce knowledge, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong work ethic, and ability to travel up to 25%. The position requires 3 days in office per week at Raleigh, NC office with secondary preferences for Deerfield, IL, Skaneateles, NY, Batesville, IN, Bellevue, WA offices. Baxter supports workplace flexibility with a minimum onsite days policy subject to local laws. The estimated base salary is $136,000 - 187,000 annually with eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
