Review and agree with the proposed refurbishment specification regarding the cladding (roof and elevations) and gutters on commercial units. (42,500 SQ FT in total)
Undertake progress inspections to assess the work following preparation, during the overcladding application, and at practical completion.
Provide feedback to the client ( Including Photos) following each inspection.
Looking to connect with a consultant to get a full price for the work.
Must be in the South Wales area, UK.
