All Handlers are to be trained on all positions. Reviews Kiefel schedule and goes to warehouse to procure vinyl roll stock, stage in ante-room, breaks down pallets, loads roll stock onto buggies and supplies Kiefel machines with correct vinyl roll stock. Operates pneumatic hoist, worksaver, reach truck and performs housekeeping duties. Operates grind, blender machines converting vinyl trim scrap into reusable material for extruders. Delivers various raw materials to the extrusion department and removes and stages finished goods. Operates worksaver, hand jack and performs housekeeping duties. Performs various required GMP cleaning duties, supplies Kiefels with belt material, plastic liners, performs routine bag closet maintenance and other duties as assigned. Operates worksaver, hand jack and performs housekeeping duties. Supports Safety, 6S, GMP, and TPM efforts in the area and reports any of these or quality issues to Supervision as needed. What You'll Be Doing Loads vinyl roll stock onto carts and stages behind designated Kiefels. Supplies department with Kiefel tubing. Completes required documentation and labeling. Maintains Ante Room per GMP requirements. Supplies materials for Subassembly and Extrusion machines. Moves finished goods to staging areas. Removes scrap and performs housekeeping duties as required. Operates worksaver and reach truck. Operates grinder and blender. Inspects ground trim for foreign material. Releases trim and transports to warehouse, performs documentation and cleans area. Provides belt material and tote pan liners to the area. Supports Safety, 6S, GMP, and TPM efforts in the area and reports any of these or quality issues to Supervision as needed. Conform to the North Cove dress code and safety procedures for this area. Use safety knife, scissors, utility knife and snap gauge. Assemble and disassemble boxes. Operates worksaver, hand trucks and forklift. Performs other duties as assigned.
