Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information. Accurately document and update records in required systems. High School Diploma andor Highest Level of Education CertificationDiploma. Advanced English communications skills, both oral and written. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
