Our MPT employees across the globe are passionate about driving customer-centered innovation, bringing new and differentiated products and equipment to the market, and helping patients receive the medications they need. We are looking for a passionate and transformative individual to help enable our high-performance sales and clinical support teams. In this role, you’ll be at the center of crafting our future sales force and clinicians. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that equip our teams with the vital skills and knowledge to provide impactful solutions to patients globally. You will help identify, build, and conduct training for the full US MPT sales teams including commercial clinical team members supporting sales. In strong partnership with our commercial training and development Center of Excellence (COE), you will have the opportunity to collaboratively develop, deliver, and launch learning collateral for our new hires, and improve our commercial teams. As we launch new products at a rapid pace, you’ll be on point to ensure that our sale force is proficient in product knowledge, clinical application, industry trends, and customer needs. This also extends beyond the launch through product implementations to drive launch success from end to end.
