- Develop and maintain a knowledge management system that facilitates access to information and organizational learning.
- Implement and monitor quality management processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality and knowledge management topics.
- Conduct internal audits and process evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of the quality system.
- Generate reports and present findings to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge management and/or quality in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies, such as ISO 9001.
- Fluency in English is required.
