We are a small member based harity based in Harwich.Essex.
We have a problem with an individual who was expelled as a member on 4th March for a phisical assault on a Trustee. However he will not accept this and continues to enter our premises and tell people he is a both a Trustee (He never has been) and a member. We need a letter from a lawyer to keep him out of our projects
