The Data Security Product Manager is a senior management level position responsible for identifying product and process improvements, tracking the effectiveness of data security products, and serving as a subject matter expert while overseeing key data security initiatives. This experienced professional must accomplish results through the management of a team or department in an effort to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy. Responsibilities include coordinating application testing efforts, educating and advising business and technical leaders on security solutions, defining and implementing security policies and standards, providing security oversight for major system designs, planning and implementing IS administration for IT projects, managing a large/complex team, and appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made.
