You enjoy seeing the connections between teams and how they work together to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and inform priorities and changes. The Sales Associate (SA) provides product in-service training for the Patient Support Systems portfolio (Smartbeds, surfaces & other medical devices) in a hospital setting to support product optimization. The SA also supports territory sales activities and assists with training new sales team members when needed. The SA ensures educational programs meet corporate and customer goals and acts as a liaison between the team and customers. Work directly alongside the sales team and customers. Participate in delivery/implementation planning activities (customer meetings, conference calls, WebEx training, etc.). Assist in driving new sales opportunities while helping maintain existing business. Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the corporation. Conduct negotiations and finalize sales. Lead all aspects of the installation of new products post-delivery to the customers. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, two+ years of experience preferably in sales, outstanding communication skills and public speaking, high level of motivation, drive, resilience, dedication, and integrity, excellent influential skills, and ability to implement strong strategy plans and bring tasks to completion. Travel requirements include up to 75% travel within Northern California and the Central Valley, with overnight regional travel expected and occasional national travel possible. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile.
