You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with the Nursing and Physician decision-makers for staff who use Baxter solutions every day. As our primary connection to the healthcare leaders and professionals who rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our solutions. You enjoy seeing the connections between teams and how they work together to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and inform priorities and changes. What you’ll be doing: Soliciting, establishing, and maintaining successful key account clinical champions at the Nursing executive level. Developing a consultative role to promote Infusion Systems pumps, accessories, and software solutions, facilitating relationship building at the CNO and CNIO level, and providing necessary customer service to key Clinical partners within assigned geography. Acting as the clinical lead for incremental Infusion pump sales and key Infusion Therapy product/software penetration. Implementing sales strategies, in tandem with IS Region Managers to attain sales volume, product mix and profit objectives. Coordinating key activities with the IS Territory Managers to ensure continuity of strategy and prioritization. Consistently searching for and coordinating all growth & expansion opportunities with the territory and assisting in contract negotiations (RFP, RFI, & SoW). Providing feedback to immediate supervisor and marketing personnel for the development of marketing policy, recommended product, and product line revisions as well as pricing changes. Promoting the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing relationships and activities.
